Refunds and cancellation
Simple rules, month by month. Last updated 17 October 2026.
Before work starts
If we have not started a month (no bills received and nothing prepared), that month's fee is refunded in full on request.
After work starts
Once a month's returns are prepared or filed, that month's fee is not refundable.
If we miss a date
If a return is filed late because of our delay, we pay the late fee and do not charge for that month.
Cancelling
You can stop the service with one month's notice by WhatsApp or email. Fees already paid for months after the notice period are refunded.
How refunds are paid
To the same bank account or UPI ID you paid from, within 7 working days of approval.
