Why we started
Small manufacturers spend days every month on GST: collecting bills, waiting for an accountant, finding out the tax on the 19th, and reversing credit later because a supplier never filed. The rules keep changing, and late fees and interest add up quietly.
We started Merc after years in bank credit and recovery, where we saw how much time owners lose to paperwork that a good system should handle.

Ex-Oriental Bank of Commerce, Credit & Recovery. Also built stressed.in, India's insolvency record, independently.
What we believe
- Owners should know the number early. The tax to pay should reach you days before the 20th, not on the day.
- AI checks, people decide. AI checks and matches bills; a GST accountant reviews every flag and files.
- Only claim what is safe. Credit is claimed only when it shows in GSTR-2B and the law allows it.
- Nothing filed without you. Every return goes in only with your OTP.
